Bernice, the passionate founder of BVRN Studios, has been enthusiastically teaching Pilates since 2023. She earned her certification in Singapore that very year and immediately began volunteering as a dedicated senior exercise specialist. In this role, she focused on teaching both mat and chair Pilates to the elderly, helping them maintain strength and flexibility. Since those early days, Bernice has been steadily growing her experience, working closely with private clients and confidently leading vibrant group classes all around Singapore.
